Alicia and Cecilia. After my financial information was stolen the same morning as my appointment, they were extremely compassionate and exceptionally helpful in getting my MRI and CT scan. Their responsive attitudes and understanding of my situation is an indication of their professional, personal and patient-centric concern and a positive reflection on your organization

 

During my mother’s recent appointment, your receptionist Colleen and your manager Terri immediately worked to address a problem that occurred due to confusion over our insurance information. Colleen immediately forwarded my complaint to Terri, who immediately arranged the exam for my mother and sent me a card with a gift card. Their proactive attention to my concerns was highly appreciated.

 

After my CT scan, I fell and badly injured myself in the parking lot. Carole and two other employees came to my assistance and even drove me to the emergency center when the ambulance didn’t come. I want to express my gratitude and to give thanks to them for the care they gave me far beyond the scope of their duties. You are fortunate to have employees of such a caliber.
